Coach Training Course

Online Training

Part 1 - online training that includes approximately 85 minutes of videos plus assignments. This self-paced portion of the course will need to be completed within a three-week time period.

Coach Training Course

Onsite Training

Part 2 - two onsite coaching days (approximately two months apart) with a Spalding Executive Trainer (ET). The coach and ET tandem coach the same three teachers for both days at the coach's school site.

Registration Details

Up to three coaches/participants can register for one course. Each course includes two coaching days at one school site. 

Registration cost for the first coach/participant (Registration price includes travel fees up to a 75-mile radius from the Spalding office.): $1000

Registration cost for an additional coach/participant: $200

(Up to two additional coaches/participants after initial coach registration. Please note: The onsite coaching dates will be held at the initial coach's/participant's school site.)
